Note: This is NOT a game suggestion, it's merely playing with the idea that if ANet decided to turn one or a few skills into common profession, which would you like to see in order to create more diversity in builds. Also this would be for PvX, not like the already existing PvE skills. Today there's exactly one common PvX skill useable to all professions and that's Resurrection Signet. If you could pick one more skill in game to put in here, which one would it be, and why? And how would that skill probably affect PvE and PvP?

I'll give an example:
If Remedy Signet became a common skill, it would give everyone access to a condition removal skill. Since most professions already have a condition removal skill that often are superior to this, I don't think it would have too huge impact on the game.

If Shadow Form became a common skill, it would give everyone access to an invincibility skill. Since most professions don't have an invincibility skill, I think this would make PvE much more balanced.

Just make it heal for a set amount of health, say, 125.

It would give mesmers a big advantage due to it being a signet, fast casting would negate the -40 armor by half while still receiving full health. In that case it would be best if converted to a skill instead of a signet.

Not really. If in the heat of battle, you're casting a skill that cuts your armor in half (more depending on profession), you're doing something wrong. If you're really strained for health, either let your designated healer heal you, or fall back a bit so you can safely use Healing Signet. So casting time shouldn't make a huge difference, since if you're using it while under heavy pressure, you're probably going to die either way.
This made me think of something else... -40 armor wouldn't be balanced at all, since it would put caster professions at a near-worthless 20 armor rating. Perhaps the armor deduction should be by percent (armor is cut in half), rather than a flat rate of -40 points.

2nd Shadow Form.. Not only will let other classes have access to the only unbeatable skill in the game. But in the process would balance, all the classes in PVE

For 20s you cannot be targeted by enemy attack skills and spells targetted against you fail. You cannot move or attack. When Shadow Form ends, you shadowstep to a random nearby location.

Shadow Farm
Skill. All the mobs on the map shadow step to you and get aggro. When Shadow Farm ends all mobs die and you pick up the drops.

After all, why running all around the map to get aggro? :P I will let you choose the correct duration for this skill ^_^
